This closed pool was something I came across. I used drawings and vegetable oils to create slow moving formations in the currents of the pool's surface. This is similar way I might make paintings and drawings on canvas or paper. Video for me is like using a sketch book. Making recordings of things that I discover and notice in the landscape which have an emotional impact for me. Seeing the landscape through another lens helps me clarify and unpick what I am looking at.
