"Kelp Forest Nursery" is part of a collection of small paintings exploring our connection with water and ancestral folklore. Here in Scotland we are blessed with easy access to lochs, rivers, and the seas and oceans that meet our shores. Our culture is rich with stories of myth and tales of selkies and seal folk and this small painting asks us to consider in our imaginations what else may exist in these watery worlds.
