Out of every negative comes a positive. An opportunity to create new music.

The pandemic was a reminder of the temporary nature of our existence and by extension residency on the planet. We were tested in many ways and there were periods of elation and tears. Only as individuals will we know the toll it has taken and the ways we can respond in the future. This ‘PAUSE’ was a reminder that we can either go back to the way things were, or view it as a ‘window of opportunity’ for change. I found it was a period of creativity followed by a need to nourish the inner soul. My thoughts returned to the Divine Nature of our existence and to reading the ancient wisdom.
