These...Sculptural artists' book with hard covers, handcut lettering on the front and a magnetic closure. Both middle sections contain 40 Admiralty sea charts, which have been used by sailors. These have been handcut in 2mm increments and glued together in a so-called perfect binding. The 3D layered effect represents the movement of waves, coming in and bouncing off the coast. This change in rhythm is especially noticeable when the tide changes.
